Yorespot founder scams and steals from last employer
Through our deep dives on the internet on the web archives found here, we were able to find a cease and desist order and settlement agreement that we were able to verify was signed by Yorespot founder, Brandon Irlbeck through the attorneys, Wandro and Associates. Wimkin, Irlbeck's past employer which is a social media platform nearly identical to Yorespot in design and functionality, did not respond to our emailed questions or requests for comments for verification.
In the agreement, Irlbeck is alleged to have stolen users' email addresses from the Wimkin database(s), solicited those same users for Yorespot via email, locked Wimkin out of their servers, sabotaged Wimkin's chat messenger system, sabotaged Wimkin videos, attempted to extort Wimkin for money in order to provide server access, and made slanderous and false remarks regarding the Wimkin platform and their founder(s) and employees. In signing the agreement in November of 2020 as confirmed by attorneys Wandro and Associates exhibited below, Irlbeck admitted his role in the illegal actions.

In emailed newsletters and several posts on Yorespot, Irlbeck claims to have secured a sponsorship with Charlie Kirk. These are lies to scam for more money by looking reputable.
Irlbeck claims that Salem Media Group provided Yorespot $30,000.00 in free advertising, and that Kirk advertising would start 4/5/22. Irlbeck claimed that Kirk would be mentioning Yorespot once per show for 6 months. In a recent live video posted by Irlbeck that is visible on his Yorespot profile and boasting a whopping 24 reactions, he states he had these dates wrong in his written communications, and that 4/5/22 was the date they had to pay for the Kirk sponsorship, and that advertising would start the 9th or 19th [of April]. All of this is false information as ProTruth spoke with Kirk's production team and Salem Media Group that runs all advertising for several conservative talents and no sponsorship nor account exists for Yorespot or Irlbeck. In addition, Kirk is contracted with Freedom Square and will not advertise for another social media platform. So, where did your money go? As a "member shareholder" as Irlbeck claims you are, you have the right to see audited company financials and to see where your money has been used in terms of purchases, or what account it sits in. You should demand this information from Irlbeck and that he publish audited financials on Yorespot.

Yorespot is claiming to have a ticker symbol to dupe would be investors. Until an entity is fully vetted, including the founding members, a coin will not be approved on any valid exchange. Until a coin is listed on a valid exchange, the coins have no par value and are absolutely worthless. Yorespot is selling these for $0.50 per coin, currently with plans to go to $0.75.
